You’ll work closely with theatre staff across 15 key accounts, providing clinical and product support that directly impacts patient care and outcomes.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nProvide clinical support to theatre staff (clinical and non-clinical) during orthopaedic procedures.\\n\\nAssist the Area Sales Manager in executing the regional business plan and achieving sales goals.\\n\\nDeliver education and training on orthopaedic products through in-servicing, workshops, and in-theatre support.\\n\\nMaintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely delivery and availability of products.\\n\\nOffer effective and timely solutions for any customer service issues.\\n\\nBe available for on-call support based on account requirements.\\n\\nDevelop strong, proactive relationships with stakeholders across target hospitals.\\n\\nCandidate Profile:\\n\\nBachelor’s degree in a medical, life sciences, or nursing-related field (preferred).\\n\\nExperience or familiarity with the operating theatre environment is advantageous.\\n\\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to relay clinical information under pressure.\\n\\nProfessional, driven, and able to connect with individuals at all levels.\\n\\nStrong organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.\\n\\nPrevious industry experience in medical devices or orthopaedics is beneficial but not essential.\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n\\nCompetitive base salary of £38,000 – £42,000 per annum\\n\\nPerformance-based bonus (£8,000 OTE)\\n\\nCompany car and full business tools\\n\\nComprehensive training and development support\\n\\nA chance to work with cutting-edge medical technologies\\n\\nCareer growth in a dynamic and rewarding sector\\n\\nInterested?\\n\\n If you're ready to make an impact in healthcare and develop your career in medical sales, we want to hear from you.
