An exciting opportunity has opened for a Graduate Sales Associate to join a dynamic and supportive medical sales team covering the Humberside and Yorkshire region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Become an expert in a cutting-edge portfolio of medical products and services through structured training and real-world experience
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically across hospitals and healthcare institutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement teams
  • Present and promote products confidently using informed, evidence-based arguments
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to share insights and drive business growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory
  • Organise and support product demonstrations, installations, logistics and educational events
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and project developments using CRM and Microsoft Office tools
  • Report to and work closely with your Regional Sales Manager to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

  • A strong communicator who can engage at all levels, from clinical professionals to procurement teams

  • A team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills
  • A full UK driving licence
