The Role

As Regional Business Manager, you will drive targeted sales growth across an established Essex territory. • Take full ownership of territory performance, ensuring customer numbers and spend align with growth expectations

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in electronics or an engineering discipline

  • 2–3 years’ proven sales success in a technical, engineering, OEM or service‑led environment

  • Strong intellect, curiosity and analytical mindset

  • Experience working in a design‑led sales environment with design, procurement or engineering teams

  • Understanding of project management and long sales cycles (typically 6 months–2 years)

  • High energy, strong negotiation skills and a driven, results‑focused approach

  • Willingness to travel nationally, with occasional international travel
