You’ll work closely with theatre staff across 15 key accounts, providing clinical and product support that directly impacts patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support to theatre staff (clinical and non-clinical) during orthopaedic procedures.
- Assist the Area Sales Manager in executing the regional business plan and achieving sales goals.
- Deliver education and training on orthopaedic products through in-servicing, workshops, and in-theatre support.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
- Offer effective and timely solutions for any customer service issues.
- Be available for on-call support based on account requirements.
- Develop strong, proactive relationships with stakeholders across target hospitals.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a medical, life sciences, or nursing-related field (preferred).
- Experience or familiarity with the operating theatre environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to relay clinical information under pressure.
- Professional, driven, and able to connect with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Previous industry experience in medical devices or orthopaedics is beneficial but not essential.
