What You’ll Do
- Manage procurement of equipment and subcontracted works
- Build strong customer and supplier relationships
- Support sales teams with technical advice, site visits, costings, and quotes
- Create project plans and resolve technical challenges
- Coordinate equipment, parts, and subcontractors to meet deadlines
- Oversee installation and commissioning of cooling systems
- Manage on‑site teams and ensure safety and contract compliance
- Control project budgets and identify design issues early
Skills & Experience
- Background in project engineering or experience within the manufacturing or HVAC industry (advantageous)
- Strong project management capability with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple fast‑paced projects
- Confident in translating technical information for non‑technical audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, positive mindset
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to Work in the UK
