A global leader in sustainable climate and temperature‑control solutions is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to join its OEM & Trade team. This role suits someone commercially driven, technically confident and motivated by helping customers find the right HVAC and Process Cooling solutions.

The Role

  • Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
  • Promote equipment and service solutions across HVAC and Process Temperature Control markets.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Provide technical guidance, conduct site assessments and support solution design.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project and marketing teams.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, analyse market trends and support strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and internal processes.

About You

  • Engineering qualification or relevant technical experience is an advantage.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within HVAC or refrigeration.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Target‑driven with a track record of achieving results.
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Full Right to Work and a valid driving licence.
