One of our amazing clients is hiring an Account Manager due to growth of their business this year already by 25%. This role is to support the team from a client perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to completion.
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests via telephone and email.
- Coordinate flavour sample requests and dispatches.
- Liaise with production, warehouse, and technical teams to meet customer requirements.
- Use internal systems to process orders and maintain accurate customer records.
- Keep customers informed of order progress and resolve queries professionally.
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
- Support the wider office team with general administration.
