Our client is a market leading and award-winning company in the design industry who are looking for their new Sales Account Manager. Do you want the chance to work on accounts for River Island, Marks and Spencer, Bloomsbury publishing and many more?
As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for handling new enquiries and managing existing accounts. Your role will be to build upon and retain relationships on a business to business platform, as well as building up your own client base and exploring new opportunities within your industry sectors.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 (OTE £30,000)
Holiday entitlement: 28 days + 1 additional day per year of employment (after 2 years of service)
Main Job Duties:
- Managing existing accounts and ensuring the positive relationship is maintained to ensure repeat orders
- Seeking new business by appropriate means in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (2018)
- Exploring product type and availability to best suit client needs
- Using the CRM system to produce detailed and professional quotations for clients
- Having a thorough understanding of brand awareness of client base in conjunction with key events i.e. festivals, events, seasonal changes etc
- Working closely with the Sales Account Manager team, Merchandising, Production, Quality Control and Design & Marketing to ensure orders are fulfilled in accordance with our KPIs
- Experience working in a customer-service based role
- Passion and drive to work for an ethical organisation
- Have excellent organisational skills to manage a large portfolio of accounts

- Ability to prioritise workload and key accounts
- Commercially astute
