Administrative Assistant in London

Are you organised, welcoming and passionate about supporting children and families? We are seeking a friendly and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our busy school office at Unicorn Primary School. As the first point of contact for parents, visitors and pupils, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school and providing excellent customer service to our school community.

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• A professional, positive and confidential approach.
• Previous administrative experience (school-based experience is desirable).
