ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Internal Sales Superstar, you’ll be the first point of contact for keeping customers happy, orders moving, and the sales team fully supported. You’ll handle quotes, orders, enquiries and day‑to‑day communication with ease, making sure everything feels joined‑up and under control. Your mission is to keep customers feeling looked after, sales reps feeling supported, and every detail firmly under control. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, staying organised and being part of a fun, motivated team, this role is for you. You’ll report to our Sales Manager and work closely with both the sales and operations teams to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
