SALES DIRECTOR

SALARY: £60-£72,000 + OTE

Monday to Thursday 08:45am – 05:00pm, Friday 08:45am – 03:45pm

A legendary creature, sure – and also the national animal of Scotland, which is where our story kicks off. We channel that same rare, slightly magical energy into helping people live more active lives, one ridiculously fun product at a time.

We bring disruptive brands to the UK, Europe and South Africa, focusing on gear that doesn’t just perform, but brings joy to people’s lives. Our partners are agile, growth-hungry and unafraid to shake up their categories - and so are we.

From our home base in Scotland, with teams in Amsterdam and South Africa, we back this up with unrivalled operational capabilities, omni channel expertise and a willingness to step into the unknown. We like to think we’re the behind-the-scenes sidekicks helping our customers look good, move more and win a little bigger.

Do you love the thrill of building something - a plan, a team, a market - and then watching it fly? Because at Unicorn, we’re looking for a Sales Director who lives for momentum and knows how to turn growth goals into reality.

You’ll be at the helm of our sales strategy, leading the charge across three key regions: UK Retail, European distribution, and our South African team. You’ll shape how our brands come to life in stores, strengthen relationships with partners, and guide a talented crew who love what they do.

We’re obsessed with products that make people move, smile, and feel good - from the running community that started it all to outdoor, cycling, golf, padel, and beyond. Your mission: keep our partners winning, our customers inspired, and our pipeline strong as we unlock new opportunities in every corner of active lifestyle retail.

If you’re strategic, fearless, and ready to steer a growing brand through its next big chapter, you’ll fit right in.
