As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the marketing for five awesome running brands. You’ll be planning campaigns, building community connections, telling great product stories, and making sure each brand shines in its own unique way.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To
- Brand & Strategy: Shaping yearly marketing plans for each of our five brands. Keeping every brand true to its identity while helping them grow and stand out. Staying on top of industry trends, what’s hot in the market, and what our brand communities actually care about.
- Campaigns & Content: Creating and delivering multi-channel campaigns across social, digital, events, retail, you name it. Telling great stories about products, athletes and the running community. Working with creative teams and our brands to produce content that really hits the mark.
- Event & Community: Supporting activations at events, races and expos. Building relationships with clubs, coaches, athletes, and ambassadors. Coordinating sponsorships and partnerships that align with our brands values and goals.
- Digital & Social Media Management: Drive digital marketing performance through SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid social, and influencer collaborations. Lead content strategy and social calendars for each brand with a focus on education, product launches and community engagement. Manage updates to brand websites, product pages, and e-commerce content.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key metrics including campaign ROI, e-commerce performance, engagement, and community impact. Pulling insights to help us make smarter decisions. Keeping internal teams updated on what’s working and what’s not.
- Working With the Team: Working closely with sales, operations and our retailers to ensure strong go-to-market execution. Collaborate with athletes, ambassadors, and partner organisations to support campaigns and initiatives. Making sure marketing plans happen on time and on point.
- Budget Management: Managing budgets widely and keeping spending aligned with goals. Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure investments align with strategic and brand priorities. Propose changes to budgets based on reporting and analytics to maximise opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 6 years of marketing experience, ideally in running, sports, or the outdoor world.
- A solid understanding of the running community—brands, events, specialty retail, and what motivates runners.
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns.
- Confidence in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- A creative spark paired with strong organisation and time-management skills.
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and positive—even when juggling multiple brands at once.
