THE ROLE
We’re seeking a proactive, target driven and personable Inside Sales Executive to join our busy sales and marketing team within Unicorn Hygienics, a Unicorn Group company specialising in high‑quality washroom products and vending machines.
This role focuses on regular customer engagement, using your upselling and cross‑selling skills to drive sales, build lasting relationships, and ensuring customers feel valued and supported. You’ll also support our Business Development Managers and wider team with day‑to‑day customer service enquiries and general administrative tasks, making you a key point of contact within our sales and service team.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively contact customers to drive increased spend by suggesting relevant products and communicating new offers
- Cross‑sell and upsell based on customer needs and purchasing patterns
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and other messaging platforms (What’s App/FB messenger) with professionalism and speed
- Provide basic product information and resolve queries or escalation where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales opportunities in our HubSpot CRM system
- Collaborate with the wider sales and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
- Support other ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long‑term loyalty
LEVEL OF QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least 1 year’s experience in an inside sales/telesales role, with a strong track record of handling both inbound and outbound calls to drive sales and customer engagement
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot would be beneficial; however, full training will be provided
- Spanish language skills – spoken and written – would be a strong advantage
- Experience working with product‑based businesses or in B2B sales

WHAT WE OFFER
- 33 days annual leave increasing to 35 days after completion of 2 years’ service.
- Onsite gym open from 6am-11pm, Monday‑Friday.
