About the Role
As a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and channel partners. Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, creating high-quality opportunities for our sales team while helping grow our pipeline in a meaningful way. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, driven, and excited about clean energy, technology, and commercial conversations.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers and channel partners across the real-estate industries and energy markets
- Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on defined criteria
- Book high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Clearly articulate Threefold Energy’s value proposition to prospects
- Maintain accurate activity and lead data in the CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting targets
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in SDR, business development - Renewables or PropTech a big +
- Proven academic record
- Solid evidence of exceeding targets in previous roles
- Evidence of achievement both in work and your personal life
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection
- Highly organised with strong time-management skills
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn complex solutions
- Interest in energy, sustainability, or climate tech (experience is a plus, not required)
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
