About the Role

As a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and channel partners. Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, creating high-quality opportunities for our sales team while helping grow our pipeline in a meaningful way. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, driven, and excited about clean energy, technology, and commercial conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective customers and channel partners across the real-estate industries and energy markets
  • Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on defined criteria
  • Book high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Clearly articulate Threefold Energy’s value proposition to prospects
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead data in the CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting targets

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in SDR, business development - Renewables or PropTech a big +
  • Proven academic record
  • Solid evidence of exceeding targets in previous roles
  • Evidence of achievement both in work and your personal life

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn complex solutions
  • Interest in energy, sustainability, or climate tech (experience is a plus, not required)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
