Job Summary:
Our client is hiring a Partnerships Manager to build and scale their partner and integration ecosystem from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and strategy, focused on developing relationships with key partners and turning those partnerships into a meaningful source of pipeline and revenue. You’ll work closely with founders, sales, and marketing teams to identify high-value partners, execute co-marketing initiatives, and build a repeatable partnerships playbook. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is commercially minded, relationship-driven, and excited by the opportunity to build something from scratch in a fast-growing startup.
Experience Required:
- Strong academic foundation with evidence of intellectual curiosity and clear thinking
- 1–3 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or relationship-led roles
- Or experience in a startup, SaaS, or fintech environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging external stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of how partnerships drive pipeline and revenue
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities
- Exposure to co-marketing, partnerships, or sales processes is beneficial
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with ambiguity
