Summary: This is a fast-scaling FinTech business on a mission to modernise pensions. With over £1bn in assets under management and 100,000+ savers, they’re transforming a traditionally complex and outdated industry into something simple, accessible, and engaging. Financial advisers are a key growth channel, and the business is investing heavily in building strong, long-term relationships across the IFA ecosystem.
Job Summary: This is a commercially critical leadership role focused on driving B2C revenue growth within a B2B2C model. The Head of Growth will own the strategy and execution behind increasing revenue per member and long-term AUM, by optimising key behavioural and financial drivers across the customer lifecycle. Rather than focusing on acquisition, this role is centred on maximising lifetime value through:
- Increasing contribution levels and persistence
- Driving pension transfers (volume and value)
- Improving salary sacrifice adoption
- Strengthening retention and long-term engagement
- Unlocking referral-led growth
You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Data, Marketing, and Client Success, building a structured growth engine that directly links user behaviour to revenue outcomes. The role requires deep analytical thinking and commercial ownership — diagnosing complex funnels, identifying value drivers, and running structured experiments to improve them.
Key areas of focus:
- Building a clear understanding of what drives saver value across different cohorts
- Running experimentation across lifecycle, product UX, and messaging
- Developing forecasting models linking behaviour to revenue outcomes
- Partnering with Client Success to improve employer-level performance
- Establishing a repeatable growth operating system with clear metrics and dashboards
Experience Required:
- Proven ownership of revenue growth or LTV metrics in a product-led or lifecycle-driven environment
- Strong analytical capability (SQL, cohort analysis, revenue modelling)
- Deep experience running A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and CS
- Strong commercial mindset with experience prioritising based on ROI
- Experience analysing retention, monetisation, and behavioural drivers
Nice to have:
- FinTech / pensions / regulated industry experience
- B2B2C or marketplace exposure
- Experience influencing savings, financial behaviour, or contribution-based products
- Experience building or leading growth squads
The Application Process: Growth case study (funnel diagnosis + 90-day plan)
