Summary: A fast-scaling AI healthcare platform transforming primary care by automating clinical workflows and enabling precision medicine at scale. The business is building a “care enablement” layer to increase clinical capacity, improve patient outcomes, and reduce waiting times. Millions of patients already use its products daily, and the company is entering its next growth phase toward £50M+ ARR.

Job Summary: This is a high-impact, early-career role designed for someone exceptional who wants to build at the intersection of product, revenue, customer success, and growth. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to scale operations across distribution, customer success, revenue, and product. This is not a narrowly defined position — it is a true operator role inside a fast-scaling company.

You will:

  • Become a product expert and own real customer problems end-to-end
  • Run onboarding, activation, and support workflows with urgency
  • Identify bugs, patterns, and process gaps — and fix them
  • Build systems and automations that save the team time
  • Surface expansion opportunities and support revenue initiatives
  • Speak to users, gather insight, and improve the product
  • Support growth efforts (content, demos, events, inbound)
  • Act as a force multiplier for the founder and leadership team

This is a launchpad role. High performers can grow into Customer Success, Revenue, Product, or Growth functions depending on strengths and interests.

Experience Required:

  • 0–2 years experience in a high-ownership environment
  • High agency — you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Evidence of building something (side projects, societies, startups, tools, communities)
  • Strong academic or performance track record
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
  • Extremely organised and systems-oriented
  • Clear, concise communicator
  • High EQ and strong interpersonal instincts
  • Curious about automation, tooling, and efficiency
  • Motivated by mission and impact over prestige
