Job Summary: This is a high-impact, early-career role designed for someone exceptional who wants to build at the intersection of product, revenue, customer success, and growth. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to scale operations across distribution, customer success, revenue, and product. This is not a narrowly defined position — it is a true operator role inside a fast-scaling company.
You will:
- Become a product expert and own real customer problems end-to-end
- Run onboarding, activation, and support workflows with urgency
- Identify bugs, patterns, and process gaps — and fix them
- Build systems and automations that save the team time
- Surface expansion opportunities and support revenue initiatives
- Speak to users, gather insight, and improve the product
- Support growth efforts (content, demos, events, inbound)
- Act as a force multiplier for the founder and leadership team
This is a launchpad role. High performers can grow into Customer Success, Revenue, Product, or Growth functions depending on strengths and interests.
Experience Required:
- 0–2 years experience in a high-ownership environment
- High agency — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Evidence of building something (side projects, societies, startups, tools, communities)
- Strong academic or performance track record
- Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Extremely organised and systems-oriented
- Clear, concise communicator
- High EQ and strong interpersonal instincts
- Curious about automation, tooling, and efficiency
- Motivated by mission and impact over prestige
