About the Role
As a Field Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, setting up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives, and helping build a predictable sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and visit potential customers through outbound and field activity
- Initiate conversations via onsite visits, email, phone, social, and other outreach methods
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit for JustTip
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
- Continuously improve outreach strategies through testing and feedback
- Hit (and exceed) monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline goals
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in SDR, Field Sales, or FMCG sales
- Solid track record of exceeding targets - within payments or hospitality a big +
- Passionate about startups and making an impact
- Evidence of achievement both in work and in your personal life
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and personable
- Comfort with outreach, rejection, and follow-ups
- Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
- Organised, detail-oriented, and good with time management
- Familiarity with CRM tools
