Job Summary: We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and commercially aware Marketing Executive with strong social and video skills to support content creation across social media, podcasting, employee advocacy, and broader marketing campaigns. This is not a purely video-editing role. We’re looking for someone who understands how content supports pipeline, demand generation and brand awareness — not just engagement metrics. You’ll help create, edit, publish and repurpose content across LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast clips, Shorts and wider social channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to turn long-form expertise into engaging social-first content that reaches the right audience.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating social-first video content for LinkedIn, YouTube and short-form channels
- Editing podcast episodes and creating clips, trailers and Shorts
- Repurposing blogs, webinars, case studies and product updates into social assets
- Writing captions, hooks, scripts and social copy
- Supporting employee advocacy and executive influence content
- Using AI tools to improve research, editing and content workflows
- Monitoring performance and reporting on what content and formats are driving meaningful engagement
- Supporting community engagement and social publishing
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career looking to build strong experience across B2B SaaS marketing, social-first content, video production and commercial content strategy.
Experienced Required:
- ~1+ years of experience in social media, video content, content marketing or a related role
- ~ Strong video editing and content repurposing skills
- ~ Experience creating social-ready content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram or TikTok
- ~ Strong writing skills across captions, scripts and social copy
- ~ Understanding of social platform behaviour and short-form content formats
- ~ Comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Riverside or Descript
- ~ Commercially curious and interested in content performance
- ~ Comfortable, or willing to become comfortable, appearing on camera
- ~ Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to have:
- B2B SaaS experience
- Podcast production exposure
- Experience with employee advocacy or social selling content
- Experience using AI tools within content workflows
The Application Process:
- Introductory conversation with the Marketing team
- Portfolio and practical review
- Final interview with leadership
- Short optional content repurposing exercise
Benefits:
- Fully remote working
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- MacBook Air
- Professional development support
- Regular company socials
- Opportunity to help shape the company’s social and video presence
