Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated Neurodevelopmental Coach with experience supporting children with ADHD, Autism, learning differences, and other developmental needs. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering engaging online sessions for children and providing guidance to families, while being eager to grow and learn professionally with us.
Responsibilities
- Child Support Sessions: Deliver structured online sessions focusing on attention, self-regulation, social skills, and learning strategies.
- Individualised Programmes: Develop tailored session plans to meet each child’s unique needs and strengths.
- Parent & Family Guidance: Offer online consultations to help parents understand their child’s progress and provide practical strategies for home and school.
- Progress Documentation: Keep clear records of sessions and children’s developmental progress.
- Collaborative Practice: Work alongside our wider team to enhance children’s developmental journeys.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, child development, special educational needs, counselling, occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, or related discipline).
- Training or experience in neurodevelopmental approaches (e.g. ADHD, Autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, developmental delays).
- Familiarity with modern therapeutic, developmental, or coaching methodologies.
- Strong ability to build rapport with children and families online.
- Comfortable working in emotionally charged situations (e.g. managing frustration, meltdowns, or challenging behaviour).
