About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful estate agency branch in Stanmore. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to someone who is target-driven, organised, and passionate about property. You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, delivering a high level of customer service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and qualify new applicants, understanding their property requirements
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
- Manage the lettings process from offer agreed through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generate new business opportunities and assist with bringing new properties to market
- Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in residential lettings
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
