They are seeking an experienced, professional Delivery Driver to become an integral part of their operations team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and understands that reliability, presentation and attention to detail are just as important as driving skills.
The Role
- You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery, collection and handling of media and event equipment to venues, studios and client locations.
- The role is hands-on and includes regular loading and unloading equipment, some of which can be heavy, so a good level of physical fitness is essential.
- Safely deliver and collect equipment throughout London and the surrounding areas.
- Load, secure and unload equipment, ensuring it is handled with care.
- Carry out daily vehicle inspections and maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and safety.
- Liaise effectively with warehouse, production and event teams to ensure deliveries run smoothly.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, venues and suppliers.
- Support event logistics where required and adapt to changing priorities.
About You
- You will be a dependable and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
- A full UK driving licence with a good driving record.
- Proven experience driving throughout London with excellent route knowledge.
- Experience driving long-wheelbase or medium-sized panel vans.
- The ability to undertake regular manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A professional, courteous and client-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work occasional early mornings, evenings or weekends to support event schedules.
