Our client is an extremely successful business with a family feel about it. They are looking for a Production Operative whilst operating production equipment and performing material preparation, packaging, and basic quality checks.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Prepare raw materials and packaging, ensuring correct quantities and transporting them to designated production areas
  • Operate processing equipment according to instructions and standard procedures
  • Check labels and packaging materials to ensure correct application and documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with housekeeping requirements
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager/Supervisor
Minimum Requirements
  • Basic level of education (UK equivalent; no high school requirement stated)
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality procedures
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and manual handling
  • Good English communication skills
