Property Coordinator Residential Portfolio A leading property management company based in Radlett is looking for an experienced Property Coordinator. This is a varied and hands-on position supporting a residential property portfolio. You will be responsible for keeping the physical side of the residential portfolio running smoothly, from planned maintenance and reactive repairs through to compliance documentation, inspections and larger improvement projects. You will work closely with Property Managers, Estate Managers, contractors and service providers, ensuring that works are properly instructed, tracked and completed, with accurate records maintained throughout.
