A leading London estate agency is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Sales Administrator to join its busy and friendly sales team. This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales operations, managing office administration, coordinating appointments, and providing executive support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales administration and team support
  • Preparing sales documentation and marketing materials
  • Booking appointments and managing diaries
  • Conducting AML checks
  • HR administration and onboarding support
  • Handling client enquiries and office communications
  • Organising company events and office operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or Sales Administrator role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Confident using spreadsheets and administrative systems
  • HR experience beneficial but not essential

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to £35,000
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Additional Christmas closure leave
  • Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm - fully office based
