A leading London estate agency is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Sales Administrator to join its busy and friendly sales team. This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales operations, managing office administration, coordinating appointments, and providing executive support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales administration and team support
- Preparing sales documentation and marketing materials
- Booking appointments and managing diaries
- Conducting AML checks
- HR administration and onboarding support
- Handling client enquiries and office communications
- Organising company events and office operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or Sales Administrator role
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Confident using spreadsheets and administrative systems
- HR experience beneficial but not essential
