An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful estate agency branch in Stanmore. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to someone who is target-driven, organised, and passionate about property.

You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, delivering a high level of customer service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and qualify new applicants, understanding their property requirements
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
  • Manage the lettings process from offer agreed through to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Generate new business opportunities and assist with bringing new properties to market
  • Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in residential lettings
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
  • Well-presented and professional at all times
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
