  • Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:30am – 3:00pm (5-day working week with rota day off)

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
  • Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuations
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate information
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
