You'll manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant with current legislation, and providing an outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of a residential property portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
- Carry out routine property inspections and follow up on any required actions.
- Monitor property compliance, ensuring all legal and statutory requirements are met.
- Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, tenancy terminations, final inspections, and deposit negotiations.

About You
- Previous experience in residential property management.
