An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused Property Manager to join a busy Residential Lettings team.

You'll manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant with current legislation, and providing an outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of a residential property portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
  • Carry out routine property inspections and follow up on any required actions.
  • Monitor property compliance, ensuring all legal and statutory requirements are met.
  • Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, tenancy terminations, final inspections, and deposit negotiations.
  • Support rent collection and maintain accurate property records.
  • Resolve property-related issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

About You

  • Previous experience in residential property management.
  • Good knowledge of lettings legislation and property management processes.
  • Experience managing maintenance, compliance, and contractor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
