We are recruiting on behalf of an established property management business for an experienced Property Compliance Coordinator to join their business. This is a key role responsible for supporting the effective management of statutory and regulatory compliance across a residential property portfolio. You will ensure that compliance requirements are understood, monitored, evidenced and followed through, helping to protect residents, clients and the organisation from regulatory, health and safety and operational risk.
The role will suit someone with strong experience in property compliance, residential property management or technical property services, who understands the importance of accurate records, proactive risk management and robust audit trails.
As Property Compliance Coordinator, you will have responsibility for coordinating and monitoring compliance activity across a portfolio of residential properties. A major part of the role will be ensuring that compliance information is accurate, current and audit-ready, with particular emphasis on identifying potential risks before they become overdue or escalate.
