Our client is a leading UK business with an extensive national presence as well as operations internationally. Due to the continued growth of their online operation, they are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their Customer Service team. The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting customers and internal teams with online orders, enquiries and general customer service. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and internal branches * Processing customer orders placed through the website * Processing orders received from internal branches * Communicating with customers via online chat and email * Tracking customer orders and liaising with courier networks * Supporting customers with website queries and assisting them with placing orders * Resolving customer enquiries efficiently and professionally * Providing excellent customer service throughout the customer journey * Completing general office administration and customer service duties About You We are looking for someone who is confident, personable and genuinely enjoys helping customers. The successful candidate will ideally have: * Previous experience within an office based customer service environment * Experience communicating with customers over the telephone and via email * Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A strong work ethic and the ability to use your own initiative * A positive, friendly and professional approach * The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Good organisational skills and attention to detail * Full training will be provided on the company’s internal systems and processes.
