Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and provide excellent customer service.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and fitters to coordinate flooring projects and reactive call-outs.
- Place material orders and ensure accurate pricing.
- Coordinate deliveries with manufacturers and site managers.
- Maintain accurate records, paperwork and job updates.
- Use Microsoft Office, Quick Books and Job Tracker to manage daily tasks.
