We are delighted to be partnering with a leading building maintenance organisation who deliver exceptional services throughout the UK with regards to planned maintenance for residential properties. As such we are looking to recruit a number of Electricians to support this and many more of our clients.

The Role

  • Perform routine electrical repairs, installations, and system upgrades in commercial properties.
  • Install and maintain a wide range of electrical systems including extractor fans, lighting, power sockets, distribution boards, heating systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • Ensure all electrical work meets current regulations and industry standards for full compliance.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, always maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with other trades, contractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain a professional, respectful, and customer-focused approach while on-site.

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
  • City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Inspection and Testing) – preferred.
  • Proven experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong understanding of current electrical safety standards and building regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
