We're looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse Technician to join our client. You'll play a key role in preparing, maintaining and managing professional audio-visual equipment, ensuring every project leaves the warehouse accurately prepared, fully tested and ready for delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, test and quality-check AV equipment for rental projects.
- Pick, pack and allocate the correct equipment using job sheets and rental software.
- Inspect returning equipment, ensuring all items are scanned, tested, cleaned and returned to the correct storage locations.
- Report missing, damaged or faulty equipment and book repairs where required.
- Carry out basic equipment repairs as directed.
- Support the preparation, maintenance and turnaround of rental systems and assets.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles and coordinating deliveries and collections.
- Help maintain accurate stock control and equipment tracking.
- Work closely with project managers, warehouse staff and administration to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Support equipment servicing and returns for both rental and client-owned equipment.
- Provide support to the wider warehouse and stores teams when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Identify potential issues early and communicate them to management.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support the warehouse operation.
