Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with experience in financial services, sales, or client relationship management who is looking to develop their career within investor relations and capital raising.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional investor experience, supporting fundraising initiatives, managing investor communications, and overseeing onboarding and relationship management activities.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for investor enquiries via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, introducers, and intermediaries.
- Support investor engagement through regular communications, updates, and reporting.
- Coordinate investor onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate investor records within CRM systems.
- Assist with capital raising campaigns, investor outreach, marketing materials, and event coordination.
- Monitor investor activity, subscriptions, redemptions, and pipeline progression.
- Produce internal reports and management information to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to new product launches and investor acquisition strategies.
- 1–3 years' experience within financial services, sales, investor relations, wealth management, banking, or another client-facing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and confidence interacting with high-net-worth individuals and professional investors.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in investments and financial markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
