We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to manage maintenance, repairs, contractor works and statutory compliance across a residential property portfolio.
You will play a key role in ensuring buildings are safe, well maintained and compliant , while delivering works efficiently, cost-effectively and with minimal disruption to residents.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate planned, reactive and remedial works from instruction through to completion.
Manage contractor and service provider relationships, monitoring performance, quality, costs and completion.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date and audit-ready compliance and facilities records.
Track risk assessment and compliance actions, ensuring deadlines are met and high-risk actions are not overdue.
Carry out regular property inspections and ensure maintenance and health safety standards are maintained.
Support property managers with larger maintenance, refurbishment and improvement projects.
Review completed works and approve authorised invoices.
Provide clear updates and reporting to property and estate management teams.
Respond promptly to residents, clients, contractors and internal teams, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
