We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Block Management team in Elstree, managing a portfolio of residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of a portfolio of residential blocks.
  • Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, residents, clients and contractors.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, inspections and contractors.
  • Manage service charge budgets and expenditure.
  • Assist with major works and Section 20 consultations.
  • Deal with leaseholder enquiries, complaints and correspondence.
  • Attend AGMs, client meetings and site inspections as required.
  • Ensure properties are managed in line with leases, legislation and health & safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records using QUBE.

About You

  • Previous experience in residential block management is essential.
  • Good understanding of leasehold and service charge management.
  • QUBE experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • ARLA / IRPM qualification or equivalent
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio independently and work to deadlines.
  • Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.
