We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our operations team at our ice cream shop located in St John's Wood, London. We seek a young, talented, people‑orientated individual who is enthusiastic, organized, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Unico Gelato is an Italian delicatessen specializing in gelato, coffee, and pastries. The brand is linked with the famous gelato shop Cremeria Funivia in Bologna. It offers quality and freshness, bringing authentic Italian gelato to London.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service and establish a strong relationship with the local community.
- Serve gelato, pastries and coffee ensuring the company’s quality standard.
- Oversee daily operations, including ordering, inventory counting, and rota preparation.
- Support the Store Manager in building a strong work ethic within the team.
- Recruit, manage, and train staff.
- Conduct staff meetings.
- Maintain cleanliness in the shop.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong focus on cleaning tasks.
- Flexibility to work during weekends.

Availability
