Unico Contracts is a leading provider of Construction & Maintenance services to the domestic and commercial markets, based in Belfast covering Belfast/Antrim and surrounding areas.

Due to our continued growth and secured workload, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Graduate to join our project team and build your practical construction knowledge.

Duties:

• Contract Administration
• Data Management
• Coordinating Project Teams
• Planning Key Tasks
• Reporting on progress and cost
• Maintaining quality control measures
• Liaising with supply chain members
• Site visits and meetings
• Assisting the senior management team
• Measuring and assessments

Requirements:

• Hold Construction Management BSc or Quantity Surveying BSc
• Good planning and time management skills
• Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Highly motivated, self-confident individual
• Full UK driving licence & access to own vehicle
• 6 months experience in the construction industry – a placement year is relevant
