The Education Outcomes Fund (EOF) seeks a consultant to support the partnerships and fundraising strategy during June and July 2026. The role involves reviewing potential funding prospects, drafting technical contributions to new funding proposals, participating in select partner meetings, and producing meeting reports.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Economics, International Development, Communications, Politics, or a related subject.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in fundraising or partnerships.
- Strong partnership‑building skills and ability to cultivate relationships with current and prospective partners.
- Experience conducting research in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Experience with relationship management of corporate donors, sponsors, foundations, or philanthropists.
- Knowledge of outcomes‑based finance is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the global education sector is highly desirable.
