Overview

Head of Corporate Partnerships – Business Development role at UNICEF UK. Permanent position, part home / part office (Stratford, East London) based.

UNICEF UK works to protect children’s rights worldwide. This is a leadership role within the Corporate Partnerships team, responsible for driving the acquisition of new corporate supporters and leading the Business Development function alongside the Head of Corporate Partnerships – Partnership Development to ensure a unified corporate partnerships strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business Development function to acquire new corporate supporters and secure six- and seven-figure partnerships.
  • Work with the Head of Corporate Partnerships – Partnership Development to provide a unified, seamless approach to the corporate partnerships strategy.
  • Oversee end-to-end contractual processes and manage budgets to drive income growth and monitor expenditure.
  • Provide inspirational leadership, line management, and team development to deliver high performance.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Proven experience in team leadership and inspirational line management.
  • A strong track record of securing and developing six- and seven-figure corporate partnerships.
  • Experience overseeing end-to-end contractual processes and managing budgets for income growth.
  • Strategic planning and implementation skills; ability to manage and leverage budgets effectively.

We expect most colleagues will work one or two days a week in the office at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, East London with the remainder from home. Flexible options can be discussed to suit circumstances.
