We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a growing international business and play a key role in delivering people strategy across our Dewsbury site and wider Group operations. Working closely with senior leadership and the Group Director of HR & Development, you'll act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting employee relations, organisational change, performance management, engagement, and talent development within a fast‐paced, growth‐focused environment. This is a hands‐on role suited to an experienced HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships, driving positive change, and delivering practical HR solutions that support business success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with leaders and managers to drive performance and people initiatives
  • Managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance matters
  • Supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and talent development
  • Coaching managers on best practice, leadership behaviours, and employee engagement
  • Helping shape a high‐performing, values‐driven culture
  • Contributing to HR process improvement and AI‐driven automation of people operations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
  • Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge
  • Ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience within manufacturing or multi‐site environments is advantageous
  • A proactive, organised, and solutions‐focused approach
  • Interest or experience in AI‐enabled HR process improvement and automation
