The Role
As Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging digital marketing campaigns and supporting regional events across Europe and the Americas. You'll manage CRM campaigns, social media channels, websites, digital advertising and marketing events, helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing & CRM
- Create and deliver creative, integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Manage CRM systems to execute targeted email campaigns and measure campaign effectiveness
- Analyse campaign performance, engagement rates and ROI using digital dashboards and reporting tools
- Work closely with the global sales team to identify leads and provide marketing support materials
- Social Media
- Plan, create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn and other digital channels
- Produce and coordinate video, graphic and written content
- Monitor and report on social media performance and audience engagement
- Website Management
- Create and maintain website content including news articles, case studies and blog posts
- Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to evaluate website performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Digital Advertising
- Plan, execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns, including LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and maximise return on investment
- Provide recommendations and insights to improve future campaign results
- Marketing Resources
- Coordinate the production of business cards and other branded materials
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and promotional resources
- Events & Exhibitions
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, marketing events and internal campaigns across Europe and the Americas
- Manage event budgets, timelines and logistics
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver successful events
- Develop promotional materials and digital assets to support event objectives
- Evaluate event success through attendance, lead generation and feedback analysis
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an organised, proactive and creative marketing professional with strong digital marketing experience and excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role
- Degree and/or professional marketing qualification, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience delivering digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to analyse campaign data and provide meaningful insights
- Confident working with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience managing social media platforms and websites
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms
