Key Responsibilities
- Adhering to Health and Safety Guidelines.
- Following Set Processes and Procedures.
- Flexible Approach to Various Manual and Technical Tasks.
- Operating a variety of Production Machinery.
- Loading and unloading production machinery – various manual tasks.
- All operatives will be trained and become qualified to operate a counterbalance forklift.
- Other training will include learning how to operate a variety of different mixing, moulding, and kiln equipment at the site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in production or a similar environment
- Hard-Working, self-motivated attitude.
- Some flexibility due to the shift pattern.
- A willingness to learn.
- Basic mathematics skills
- Basic literacy skills
