We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a growing international business and play a key role in delivering people strategy across our Dewsbury site and wider Group operations.
Working closely with senior leadership and the Group Director of HR & Development, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting employee relations, organisational change, performance management, engagement, and talent development within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships, driving positive change, and delivering practical HR solutions that support business success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with leaders and managers to drive performance and people initiatives
- Managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance matters
- Supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and talent development
- Coaching managers on best practice, leadership behaviours, and employee engagement
- Helping shape a high-performing, values-driven culture
- Contributing to HR process improvement and AI-driven automation of people operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
- Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge
- Ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Experience within manufacturing or multi-site environments is advantageous
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- Interest or experience in AI-enabled HR process improvement and automation
