Unicare Complex Care Specialist Ltd is urgently recruiting experienced Complex Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to mobilise high-acuity, nurse-led clinical packages across the South East. These are specialist roles supporting individuals with significant clinical needs. This is not general domiciliary care. Applicants must have proven hands-on complex care experience.
Essential Clinical Experience (one or more of):
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation (BiPap/CPap)
- Suctioning & airway management
- Peritoneal dialysis
- Insulin management
- Suprapubic catheter care
- Manual bowel evacuation
- Hoisting & 2:1 transfers
- Medication administration
Minimum 1–2 years’ complex care experience required. Live-in carers must confidently manage overnight clinical observations.
