The people we support have complex needs, and several have arrived here after placements elsewhere broke down. We are looking for a manager who can hold that, and build a team that can hold it too. Unicare is a CQC-registered, nurse-led provider of supported living, community outreach and complex care. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that others find challenging, across nine supported living services in Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire and South London. As Registered Manager you will hold legal accountability for the quality and safety of your service. You will lead the team, own the standard of support, and be the person the regulator, the commissioner and the family all look to. You will have a Head of Care above you, clinical support from our nursing and PBS team, and a housing arm that owns and maintains the properties but the service is yours.
