The predicted salary is between 26530 - 29114 £ per year.
To deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to clients with complex health and/or behavioural needs in their own homes, carrying out specific clinical tasks delegated by a Registered Nurse. The post-holder works on a 1:1 basis, strictly in accordance with each client's bespoke care plan and risk assessments, and undertakes delegated clinical tasks only after being assessed.
