Unicare Complex Care Specialist Ltd is a premier, clinically led care provider operating across the South of England. We specialise in high-end, bespoke care packages that empower people to remain safely and happily in their own homes. We are expanding our Private Client and Community Support divisions and are seeking compassionate, highly reliable people to join us as Companionship Support Workers.

This is a purely non-clinical role focused on companionship, social inclusion and hospital avoidance providing premium companionship and practical support that enriches our clients' daily lives.

  • Social inclusion: accompanying clients to appointments and social events, or simply enjoying a walk in the community.
  • Companionship: providing engaging conversation, emotional support and a reassuring presence.
  • Light domestic support: assisting with household organisation, shopping and running errands.
  • Meal preparation: preparing fresh, nutritious meals in line with dietary needs and Level 2 Food Safety / HACCP standards.

You do not need a nursing or care background to excel in this role; we are looking for the right character.

A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (highly preferred for community outings).

A genuine desire to improve the quality of life of vulnerable adults.

Hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check.

Highly competitive pay: £13-14 per hour based on experience.

Fully funded training: a comprehensive induction including your Care Certificate, Basic Life Support (BLS), Safeguarding, and Level 2 Food Safety / HACCP certifications.
