About the Role

Are you a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) looking to practise true, person-centred nursing without the time pressures and constant turnover of a busy hospital ward? We are expanding our bespoke complex care services and are looking for highly skilled, compassionate Registered Nurses to deliver dedicated 1:1 care to clients with complex health and/or mental health needs, supported entirely in the comfort and safety of their own homes. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of clinical governance and patient safety while empowering clients to live fulfilling, independent lives. Depending on the package you are matched to, this role may focus on complex physical health (for example ventilation and tracheostomy care) or complex mental health and behavioural support we match nurses to packages that fit their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1 to 1 clinical care: deliver exceptional, evidence-based nursing care in a community/home setting, adhering strictly to bespoke, patient-specific care plans and risk assessments.
  • Complex physical health (RGN): safely manage high-acuity needs which may include invasive/non-invasive ventilation, tracheostomy care, cough assist, suctioning and enteral feeding (PEG/JEG).
